InSane Refund and Store Policy

1. Digital Goods Policy

All items, ranks, and virtual currencies sold on our store are digital, non-tangible, and non-returnable goods. Because these items are delivered to your account instantly (or within minutes) and provide immediate in-game benefits, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

2. Unauthorized Purchases

  • Parental Responsibility: If a minor makes a purchase without parental consent, we cannot offer a refund. We encourage parents to secure their payment methods.

  • Account Security: If your Minecraft account is compromised (hacked) and a purchase is made, we are not responsible for the loss.

3. Server Discipline & Bans

If you are banned from the server for violating our Terms of Service or Server Rules, you forfeit access to any purchased items or ranks. No refunds will be granted for time remaining on subscriptions or for permanent items lost due to a ban.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be considered at the sole discretion of the Server Administration in the following rare cases:

  • Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same rank twice due to a technical glitch.

  • Non-Delivery: If a technical error prevented the items from being delivered to your account and our support team is unable to manually fix the issue within 7 business days.

5. Chargebacks & Disputes

  • Zero Tolerance: Opening a dispute with UPI, PayPal, your bank, or your credit card provider (a "chargeback") without first contacting our support team is strictly prohibited.

  • Global Blacklist: We reserve the right to report chargebacking accounts to global Minecraft store blacklists (such as the Tebex blacklist), which may prevent you from purchasing items on thousands of other Minecraft servers.

6. Refund Exclusion for Technical Issues

As per our primary Refund Policy, technical issues—including the loss of items during a crash—do not qualify for a monetary refund.

  • Purchased Items: If a server crash occurs immediately after a purchase and the item was never delivered, we will assist in manually delivering the item. We will not refund the payment.

  • In-Game Progress: Items earned through gameplay (grinding, trading, or mob drops) will not be restored or compensated for monetarily if lost during a rollback.

7. Refund & Chargeback Policy

  • Chargebacks: Attempting to reverse a transaction through your bank, UPI or PayPal (chargebacking) without first contacting our support team will result in a permanent, non-appealable ban from our network and potentially a blacklist from other partner networks via Tebex.

8. Virtual Goods and Payments

  • Finality of Sales: All payments are final. By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are buying digital, non-tangible goods and that no refunds will be issued.

  • No Ownership: Players do not "own" the virtual items, ranks, or currency purchased. You are purchasing a limited, non-transferable license to use these features within the Server.

  • Account Responsibility: You are responsible for any actions taken by your account. If your account is banned for violating server rules, you are not entitled to a refund for any active subscriptions or purchased items.
